Our mission
We exist to turn a share of the group's commercial success into direct investment in the people and places connected to it. That means funding and supporting work in education, healthcare, and community development, not as a marketing exercise sitting alongside the business, but as a standing commitment the group makes to the communities it operates within.
Our approach
We work through the group's existing regional relationships and on-the-ground knowledge, built over a decade of operating in West Africa, rather than starting from zero in every place we support. That means listening to what a community actually needs before committing resources, and favoring investments that keep working long after the initial support ends, over one-time gestures that look good and then disappear.
