Venora Agro is the agricultural business of Venora Holdings, operating under the legal name Venora Ventures Limited.
Venora Ventures Limited is a subsidiary of Venora Holdings, a commodities trading company. We are an indigenous company incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 on the 6th day of March 2020, with RC 1665427, as a limited liability company under the Companies and Allied Matters Decree 1990.
Venora Ventures is an independent agro-marketing and distribution company that commercializes the finest agricultural commodities for the domestic and international market. We are established for the primary purpose of large scale farming, production, sourcing, distribution, and trading of agricultural commodities, bringing multiple generations of exposure in sourcing and supply of commodities.
