About Venora Holdings

Venora's roots are in West African oil trading and logistics, where a decade of marketing, trading, and financing of crude oil and refined products built the regional relationships and operational discipline the wider group now draws on. From that base, the group expanded into agro-marketing and distribution through Venora Agro, and extended its impact into community development through Venora Foundation.

Today Venora Holdings is headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria, with a presence across West Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Each arm operates with its own leadership and specialization, sourcing, trading, and distributing physical commodities, while sharing a single group identity and a common standard for how the business is run.
